Weight Loss Goal… REACHED!! πŸ†

So today I weighed myself and I am down 10lbs!!! Weigh to go ME! πŸ˜‰


I will be posting a before pic and after!

πŸ‘‰….BUT I still have another 15 more lbs to go!

I have made it a goal to run EVERY day at least 2+ miles. For me that is good since I have not exercised in a decade lol.
I always end up taking my youngest one on a run around the neighborhood while I push his stroller and Jam some Music. 🎢
Some days we even go to the nearest trail and run those! Either way we try to stay active πŸ˜€ at night I like to do as many crunches as I can until my stomach aches. Remember, Pain is Beauty. πŸ˜‰ I normally try to do 200 sit-ups a night but I will continue to work up each night.

How do you say do I change my diet??

The ONLY thing i do is drink LOTS of water. It is the ONLY thing out there “liquid-wise” that IS good for you!
Cut out as much sugar as possible and try NOT to eat processed foods. Lucky for me I love salads! πŸ˜πŸ’•

My salad I get if I “have” to eat out at a fast food place would be Chickfila’s Cobb Salad. I take off the bacon (it’s always wiggly tho anyways so you aren’t missing anything πŸ˜‰), take off the cheese, and pass on the Fried Bell Peppers they give you. They have a good amount of dressing and I always cheat and get Ranch ☺. You can opt for Italian dressing if so.

No one is perfect but I really TRY to follow the NO Sugar rule. πŸ™‚
